Do you ever feel like your heart is racing, your arms are sweaty, and you can’t catch your breath? Have you ever experienced something like you are about to die or lose control? If so, may additionally be experiencing a panic attack.

Having panic attacks can be a very horrifying and overwhelming experience. They can come all of a sudden and can sense out of your control. But the good news is that there are things you can do to manage your panic attacks and make them more manageable.
Here are some strategies for coping with pain attacks.
Tip #1-Practice deep breathing:
When you sense a panic attack coming on, try taking gradual deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for a count of four, and then breathe out through your mouth for a count of six.

Tip #2 - Practice mindfulness:
Mindfulness is an exercise of being present at the moment and focusing on your ideas and emotions besides judgment. When you feel a panic attack coming on, strive to focus on your breath or a calming image in your mind.

Tip #3 - Challenge your thoughts:
Panic attacks are frequently triggered by negative or catastrophic thoughts. Challenge these thoughts by asking yourself if they are really true. Are you honestly in danger, or are you simply feeling anxious?

Tip #4 - Distract yourself:
